How to move to Grenada and get a second passport

The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program is the only one in the Caribbean to offer visa-free travel to China, in addition to Europe and over 140 countries in total.

It is also the only Caribbean citizenship by investment jurisdiction that is an E-2 Visa Treaty Country, meaning that citizens of Grenada may apply for an E-2 visa in the U.S.A.

Investment options

The real estate option is limited to projects approved under Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment framework and is subject to the required holding period.

Eligibility requirements

The main applicant must generally:

be at least 18 years old;
pass identity, criminal-record, reputation and source-of-funds checks;
provide evidence that the investment funds were obtained lawfully;
submit the application through an authorised local agent;
provide civil-status, passport, police-clearance, medical and financial documentation;
comply with the current instructions and circulars issued by the Investment Migration Agency.

Grenada’s official programme describes the National Transformation Fund and approved real estate as the two main investment categories.

Family members

The programme may allow the inclusion of a spouse, dependent children, parents and other qualifying family members, subject to the current statutory definitions and applicable fees.
