1.1 Consulting Services for Retirees
Before expatriation as a retiree to one of the many countries we propose, we arrange a one-on-one meeting.
The meeting consists of the following activities:
- analysis of your expectations;
- assessment of your pre-expatriation needs and any critical issues and/or obstacles;
- evaluation of the feasibility of your relocation abroad;
- identification of the pros and cons of the destination(s) on a variety of issues: taxation, rent, cost of living, climate, security, safety, healthcare, etc. (one or more foreign countries, as we can currently suggest up to 18);
- operational relocation planning: timing, logistics, costs, etc.

For those who intend to start a business abroad, we provide advice on key issues such as:
- Tax residency;
- Applicable tax brackets;
- Possible benefits and tax breaks;

2.2 Obtaining Foreign Citizenship
Assistance obtaining citizenship through government programs that involve investment, which may take the form of a donation, real estate investment or financial investment, depending on the jurisdiction chosen.
2.3 Housing Search abroad (Renting/Buying)
Through this service, you will travel to your destination country to view long-term rentals (contracts of at least one year), which is a prerequisite for starting relocation paperwork, or to view homes for sale.
We will:
- look through real estate listings from agencies, landlords and builders based on the needs you’ve shared with us before departure;
- select homes;
- initiate negotiations;
