2. ISO 9001:2015 certified company

REFRAMED, after a rigorous inspection, has demonstrated that it meets international requirements in terms of Quality Policy and has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Certification.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that every certified company must apply to guarantee reliability, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The company’s objective is to apply all those tools that allow it to control the processes and different activities.

3. Registered and operational headquarters in Italy

REFRAMED has its registered office and operational HQ in Italy, EU.

4. Authorized travel agency

REFRAMED has the authorization (specifically, protocol no. 14073) granted by the Office of Tourism of the Province of Padova to operate as a travel agency in compliance with the mandatory requirements and legal obligations.

5. Insurance policies to protect the customer

REFRAMED meets the mandatory requirements in the insurance sector to protect the customer’s investment thanks to the stipulation of specific policies as a travel agency.

6. RBI and CBI programs

How to reach us

We have offices that can be easily reached from the Dueville (Vicenza) motorway exit and a spacious meeting room to accommodate up to 10 people at the same time.

The offices are located on the ground floor, free of architectural barriers for easy access even in the case of reduced mobility, in a space of 500 m2.

The headquarters has a large internal car park in front of the entrance.
